Sorry if this has been already mentioned in one of the RPG books, but I don't have access to any of them.

If the some of the high-borne managed to survive the implosion of the Well of Eternity as the Naga, why couldn't Azshara have also survived it?

she did. she's still leader of the highborne (now naga). and supposedly shes like an arcane magic bubble that the naga can get their magic to feed their addiction from.

She's not a bubble, she's a living battery of arcane power. A sub-deity of magic as it were.

What if she got together with Malygos? The offspring would be indescribibly awesome.

I do not think that she survived because I recall in the warcraft 3 reign of chaos game manual where it does the histories, it said that malfurion and tyrande stormed her palace and killed her.

I, and almost all the people on this lore forum, have read said manual. It does not say she was killed in any form.

What about Illidan and the Blood elves? do they draw power from her also, or just the naga?

The Blood Elves quench their magical addiction by killing demons and siphoning their natural magic, though they can do the same to nearly any magical creature or even another mage. Very dangerous to be around. Illidan taught them this and either does it himself or is fed directly by Kil'jaeden.

I was expecting more tentacles and less nipples, and I keep forgetting they have snakes for hair. But sexfulicious she remains.

Much as I dislike disillusioning you, the accuracy of this picture is questionable. According to her physical description in "Shadows & Light", Queen Azshara has five tentacles and four arms. In this drawing, I see two arms and four tentacles. Sargeras' artwork also conflicts to an extent with his physical description, although in both cases if you use one's imagination to make the described changes the art is probably more than serviceable.

Well...except for Kil'jaeden. Though it would be kinda odd if she didn't have four arms...unless apendage number isn't a constant among naga.
