I did read the sticky on the forum rules, but I just have one question.

If I post a warning on my writing that there is some adult content in violence, will I be permitted to post some rather violent material (torture)?

If the answer is yes, I'll start posting some of my writing for critiquing, and if not, I can always edit it. But it's going to be SUCH a pain in the butt to look at over 60 pages of writing...

You'll have to wait for Flak to answer in order to have the official word, but I would suppose that a warning would be appropriate. I don't think that means that the violent scenes can be extremely detailed to the point of gratuity, but it does mean that you have a degree of freedom. Again, ultimately, it is Flak's call.

Pornographic material is against forum rules; violence is not. As long as you put a warning at the beginning of your post, it should be fine (as long as you make sure people who wouldn't want to read it don't read it.)

Any writing that is graphic enough to pass the PG-13 warning should have a warning above it, simply enough, just place a simple warning such as 'This Chapter contains violent scenes' and that should pass you off.

Since the question's been answered, I'm closing the thread to prevent spam, like Ralf's post that was merely a repeat of what's been said before.

And Ralf, you said you were leaving.
