Cant download

At first sorry for my English, fnd now my problem:
Two days ago i downloaded 8 maps and received a mesage "download quota reached" .Next day i tryed to download again but i received this message, and today the same thing.Please help.

erh? Computer's Seldom "Solve" themselves - Normally quite the opposite. Does this mean someone's fixing it - or someone's intending to fix it?
