Download quota?!?!

Hey, I tried dl some maps but it says Ive met the quota even though I already subscribed and done so even logged in. I even logged out then back in, but still says I met my download quota. Help?? :y-candle:

The counters usually need to refresh which happens every 24 hours. We are experiencing problems with the FTP server at the moment which should be resolved soon. Apologies for any inconvenience.
