Problems connecting to B.net

I've been having problems lately conneting to B'net on both WCIII and SC. When I try to connect, it will give me the message that i'm connecting to a unkown server, and that if I have a modem I will have to connect first. But the thing is, I'm not using dial-up.

Any help?

What ARE you using? Firewall?

I do have a norton firewall.

Might be it, try turning that off.
