From what I have seen, its gotta be the Orc. They have many units that offer elements of fun like the Woof riders, Blade master and Kodo.
However I play mostly Ne, and I got to say there are some superb units (if use right) like the wisp, dryads and fairy dragons. That fragile dryads can do damage, dispel buff/debuff, is magic immune and can slow units with poison darts, eats summons for breakfast,....and she is cute and sexy.:)
