RENAME THE MAP Footmen_Frenzy_XV_4.84 AFTER DOWNLOADING!!

Footmen Frenzy XV is one of the few excellent spin-offs of HatoUP's Footmen Frenzy. Not only is it balanced, but it has tons of new features.

These features include:
- Over 30 new balanced heroes
--- New abilities
--- New models
- A few new items
- Computer AI
- Improved player leaving system
- Improved anti-backstab system
- Clean layout
- A Custom Rule maker- Red may choose the following options
--- Standard Pick, All Random
--- Original Heroes only, No Super Heroes, All Heroes
--- Trading Permitted/Banned
- Some basic core changes relating to healing, magic resistance, and pricing
- Very fast map load time
- Camera Settings

Changes in 3.5:

All changes from original 4.2:
Balance Changes:
• All versions of Unholy Aura now have the same stats.
• Jaood and the Panda's Drunken Haze has been weakened.
• Death Coil's mana cost increases with each level. Starting Mana cost lower, last level stronger.
• Paladin's Devotion Aura improved.
• Edge's Banish is now very similar to that of the Bloodmage.
• Level 6 Serpent Wards no longer do Normal damage. The number of wards summoned has been reduced at high levels.
• The spawn rates of several army units have been adjusted for balance. Grunts, Ghouls, Knights, and Taurens spawn slightly slower. Militia and abominations, slightly faster.
• The Orc Racial Upgrade has a smaller base amount and a smaller increment per level.
• Fiends attack missle faster.
• Grunts' attack speed and damage slightly weakened.
• The collision size of the Abomination has been slightly reduced.
• Spellbreakers have an increased range.
• Wand of Negation's area of effect decreased. Higher max stock.

Bug Fixes:
• A variety of tooltips were fixed.
• Fixed a bug where one level of the Priestess' Mana Scout was weaker than a lower level.

Balance Changes:
• Supreme Hero Killer's stuns lowered, cast range lowered
• 3 New Heros: Anti-Mage, Sniper, and Wind Elemental
• Reworked Blademaster
- Stats lower
- 1.75% durability at all levels for Mirror Image, last level mana cost increased
- Counters weakened (pocky, dust)
• Last level of Fan of Knives weakened SLIGHTLY
• Return in mana cost for shockwave
• Slightly adjusted a few heros stats
• Buffed Orc Master some
• Blood Warrior now has Blood Defences (Spiked Carpace) instead of Mirror Image
• Slowed Old-Falcon and Blood Warrior's attack speed by .2 seconds

Bug Fixes:
• Some super heros had incorrect damage types (Mannoroth, Undead, and King Arthur), all supers now have hero damage
• King Arthur has a new skill set and tooltip is now correct
• Bugs with the Game Optimizer fixed, clarifications made
• Fixed an annoying music issue

• A new niffty feature has been added. The host now chooses the settings rather than player 1 (red)

• Cooldown on potion of restoration has been increased
• Hopefully repaired reincarnation trigger again, but it seems the optimizer breaks it
• Reckless Beta-Tester's abilities require a minimum of 185 health to cast
• After death respawn on AI fixed

• Elder Mage flamestrike nerfed, way too powerful before
• Cast ranges on Anti-Mage reduced
• Added the ability to disable resource trading, thanks to Ikazuchi

• Fixed MANY tooltips, thanks to zg-Amon
• Fixed Bladestorm, it was significantly too weak before (This includes Orc Master also)
• Fixed Animate dead for Undead Master, it wasn't giving upgrade benefits at levels 4, 5, and 6
• Gave Human Master 1 armor
• Eldar mage Int bonus per level increased by .15
• Heros other than halpmeh with the Armorz aura had the ability renamed Sunder Aura with a new Icon
• New Icon for blood defences, attempting to make the game feel more custom
• Included spawning units during load time to attempt to reduce lag
• Used default heros instead of customs, in hopes to reduce lag
• Fire elemental Int per level reduced by .13
• New items: Gem of Truesight, Helm of Battlethirst, and Dagger of Escape
• Maul of Corruption correctly gives 25% evaision rather than 33%
• Cursed axe is now in weapon shop, so it may be replaced by the dagger of escape
• Cursed Axe cooldowns adjusted
• Jaood's Amulet now gives 10 less mana, which keep the health to mana ratio the same

• Dagger now costs 2500 with a 10 minute wait. 5 minute stock replenish.

• Fixed Sunder Aura and Halps Aura buff tooltip

• Tinker now has Avatar, rather than the old Robo-Goblin. This was reset in 3.7 accidentally
• Fixed a small pricing issue with Animal War Training
• Bill's Ultimate lowered by 10 mana to match the amulet change

• MK has the correct bash ability
• Warstomp on level 6 has been raised about 25 mana (all versions)
• Bash has been changed to the following on MK
20%/30%/40%/50%/60%/70% 1 second stun at all levels (on heros), making it deal more damage but less stun
• I have fixed drunken haze, which should correct jaood and panada (stupidly still had it set almost to 4.1 stats)
• Sniper has had his attack lowered to 2.88 from 3.75, BUT bash has been changed to the Moutain Kings version and max damage lower porportionally. (About the same overall)
• Bow Mastery has been changed to the following
15%/22.5%/30%/37.5%/45%/52.5% 1 second stun at all levels (on heros)
• I think NoHu made a mistake and halfed the cooldown at level 6, but not the damage. I increased level 6 mana cost by 25.

• Tauren Chieftain War Stomp weakened (Hero duration is now 1 second from levels 1-5, and 1.5 seconds at lvl 6).
• Fox, BloodWarrior, Accelerator, and Ice elemental Warstomp/Frostbite weakened stun to 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3.5 on heros.

• Every hero starts off with 1 healing salve. Added a message to part of the salve that says BE SURE TO USE ME TO HEAL OUT OF COMBAT
• Readded the WEAK base healing in 5.0 (actually, its 2 HP per second now)
• Fixed a few tooltips
• Made the delay messages yellow, rather than green
• Changed Jaood's Amulet of Power to Gem of Power, with regen boosts instead... 1 to HP regen 25% to Mana Regen and 25 to speed
• Removed Boots of Speed
• Lowered super boots to 75 from 100
• Changed ring of regen back to 3 per second. It is much more effective in 4.0 because of the removal of base healing.
• Fixed many bugs with the game optimizer, such as:
No Teching, All Random
Glitch at start causing people to be unable to choose settings
• Added a timer that shows the time before the next tier is available
• Added -hints, It disables/enables the majority of pop-ups that will occur on you screen
• Firebolt for Dino's Druids now have the correct range

• Bow Mastery is now .8 seconds stun instead of 1 second
• Unholy Marksman now has a slower movement speed

• There is now the requested 6v6 mode, which also fixes some of the unfair start issues. It sorts the teams into left vs. right. Also, during 6v6 mode, towers are in the game.

• Anti-Mage now has Magic Burn instead of Magic Mastery. Magic Mastery burns an enemy until they cast a spell.
• Unholy Marksman now has Raise Dead instead of Death and Decay. This makes the hero a more specialized hero killer and less universal.
• Heroes now start and revive with 0 mana. This will encourage people to run to the middle at the start of a game and reduce stalemate games as well.
• In general, all auras have been nerfed. This was nessesary because heroes like the Dove are too powerful and 6v6 balance was extremely impacted by auras (twice as powerful).
• Assassin has a new skillset (Frost Bolt, Mirror Image, Searing Arrow, Animate Dead)
• Cattlebruiser now has Windwalk instead of Dark Pact
• Falcon now has Rain of Fire instead of Bears
• Abilities that allow heroes to abuse enemy base camping have been reworked. Abilities like avatar have a much lower duration and cooldown. Abilities like blink have a longer cooldown at high levels so you can't fan the enemy's base and retreat within the same second.

Human
• Mass Teleport cooldown increased to 40/30/20. Cast delay increased to 3/1.5/0. Was 2/1.5/0.
• Avatar - lower duration (20 seconds) and lower cooldown (60 seconds). Was 60/180.
• Phoenix no longer affected by healing spells
• Devotion Aura weakened at all levels

Night Elf
• Cooldown time on metamorphosis gets lower as level is higher, at level 3 you can have meta active half the time. However, the mana cost is SIGNIFICANT. It is difficult to sustain in enemy bases.
• Fan of Knives damage increased by 10 at all levels
• Trueshot Aura weakened to 10/20/30/40/50/65 % bonus dmg
• Thorns Aura weakened to 10/20/30/40/50/65 % damage returned.
• Starfall cooldown decreased (now 150 sec at all levels)
• Blink cooldown increased at high levels. Level 6 is 3 seconds. Was 1 second.
• Vengence spirits no longer deal chaos damage, Avatars now deal chaos damage instead. Avatars no longer have fortified armor but a higher base armor instead. Avatars now deal slightly more damage. In general, the ability will need to be used differently to have the same power as before (aka, use the avatars to attack in addition to the spirits).
• Mana burn now deals 1.5x the mana burned in damage. However, the mana burned has been decreased. This results in the same amount of damage dealt, but less mana burned.

Orc
• Serpent ward duration increased to 45 (from roughly half that), mana cost increased by 15 at all levels, cooldown increased to 6/4/6/4/5/3
• Earthquake cooldown decreased by 10 seconds at all levels.

Undead
• Infernal reworked (shorter duration, higher base dmg, larger stun aoe). The ability is more of a damage/stun attack rather than a summon now.

Neutral
• Increased duration of acid bomb by 5 sec at all levels, however the armor penalty has been significantly reduced. In addition, the ability no longer slows attack speed.
• Healing Spray AoE no longer increases with level.
• Fire Spawns Level 5 range increased by 100, lvl 6 range increased by 150
• Charm now has a small AOE effect. Cooldown 45/20/5 sec
• Summoned Hawk Damage at levels 2-3 reduced
• Mana cost on all beast master summons have been increased substantially

Custom
• Taunt cooldown increased by 10 seconds across all levels
• Levia base movement speed increased
• Sea Elemental mana cost decreased
• Great Fishing Harvest cooldown decreased
• Ravage's entangle now has AOE effect and has been renamed to Brambles
• Turtles now automatically cast devour
• Falcon's hex is now the same as SH's
• Bill K has higher base intelligence
• Tichmeh Armorz has been weakened at all levels
• Fox gains more mana per level
• Magic Defense (spell immunity) for Anti-Mage now slows you by 50%, up from 33%

Items
• Dust of Appearance cooldown increased to 25 and range reduced to 600.
• Mana potion/Mana stone at middle has a 5 minute cooldown before being available. This is to complement the 0 mana at start change.
• Speed scroll cost increased to 100
• Penguins are now weaker

Bug Fixes
• Team 2 will now receive a defeat message
• You will no longer see healing dummies
• The shops have been pushed into the walls to avoid collision issues

Changes in 4.71:
- 0 Mana at start of game and 100 mana after each revival
- Frostbolt damage at level 6 lowered from 700 to 400, levels below have been scaled
- Napalm damage per second at level 6 lowered to 50 from 70, levels below have been scaled
- Leech attack has become a static heal amount, no longer based on damage dealt
- Summon Sentry Archer cooldown now increases with level. At level 6, the cooldown is equal to the duration.
- Windwalk will be re-evaluated. I will compare it's damage with other abilities.
- The loading screen has been updated with some new info.
- Slight CB nerf, stealth attack now has a 1 second fade from .6. In addition, the mana cost starts at 75 and increases by 10 per level. Finally, the speed boost has been halfed. Other windwalk abilities will not be changed, after doing a calculation, the abilities are right on par.
- Searing Arrows mana cost on Assassin increased to 9 from 7.
- Rain of Fire for pit lord is now the same as falcon (nerf)
- Earthfury AoE increased by 50 at all levels
- Infernals now have 20 dps immolation at levels 2 and 3, was 10.
- Raging Charge has been repaired and now deals damage once again.
- Tooltip and hotkey fixes.

General:
- No Initial Teching no longer locks the screen, instead it simply disables the tier upgrade until you purchase a hero.
- No Resource Trading also disables tech timers
- New Hero-Death Barge: Has Trail of Flames, NOS, Dirty Engineering, and Abduct
- Floating combat text added to Abduct, Magic Decay, and Unsuspected Crush. Other abilities may be evaluated to need combat text in the future.
- Various cosmetic fixes

New Teching/Hero System in Place (Primary reason for update):
- Start with 1200 gold and a hero credit.
- Heroes cost 1050 gold and a hero credit.
- Hero Credits cost 1000 gold (Cannot be traded).
- Tech timers exist but are MUCH less restrictive. Tier 2 is available after 4 minutes, tier 3 after 8, tier 4 & 5 after 12. This basically only restricts tech pooling.
- Creeps now cost 300-400 gold but have NO limit. Spells that immobilize creeps now have much lower durations at high levels.
- Goblin Zeppelin now costs 300 instead of 450 (only creep that is CHEAPER)
- Experience system no longer awards allies for teching with BONUS experience.

Hero Balance Changes:
- Frost nova's slow duration is SLIGHTLY lower
- Pocket Factory now has a slightly lower duration and slightly longer cooldown.
- Summon Bear/Voidwalker mana cost increased by 25 at level 2, 3, and 4.
- Healing wave now heals 100 less and costs more mana at level 6.
- Serpent Ward duration reduced to 36 from 45
- Frost armor's mana cost now increases by 5 per level

- Trail of flames has been fixed to award gold upon killing enemy units. Because of this, damage has been lowered.

General Changes:

- Skeletal Mages now spawn twice every 9 seconds, up from 7. However, mages now have 450 life.

Item changes:
- Boots of Great Haste cost dropped to 600g
- New item Meat Cleaver, 15% cleave in 265 AoE for 400g
- Vampiric Fangs now cost 1400g and provide 33% life regen. In addition, Vampiric fangs no longer work vs. buildings.

Hero Changes:
- Old Falcon, Old Ravage, and Superb Champion have been removed from the game
- Abduct is more powerful, it now deals damage and has a longer stun effect
- Trail of flames mana per second increase
- NOS mana cost increase by 5 per level
- Spirit wolves no longer have spell immunity at level 6 (also makes them dispellable)
- 7 Spirit wolves are now spawned at level 6, up from 5
- StalkingKiller's base movement speed has been raised to 240, from 215
- Bloodlust now provides much less move speed; Level 6 attack speed bonus has been reduced from 400% to 350%
- Undead devourer now loses 1% of his base max life, allowing him to benefit from health and strength items
- Leech Attack mana cost now increases by 10 mana per level
- Tank Attack has been buffed significantly, and it will probably need a greater buff later. Cooldown reduced by 30 seconds, splash damage increased.

Bug Fixes:
- Blood Mage now costs the appropriate amount
- Right shops can no longer be exploited
- Hopefully fixed an abduct exploit
- A few tooltip fixes, there are still some left though

Changes in 4.83:
- Hero's now reward gold based on their level, instead of 250-300. HERO LEVEL * 20 140
- Evasion effects have been revamped on related abilities (evasion, silence, druken haze, druken brawler, etc.). They have been lowered substantially for the most part. Just so people understand the math behind evasion: If you have an ability jump from 42% to 52% evasion, the ability just got 50% more powerful, not 10% more powerful or 25% more powerful, like many people think. Armor works the same way, that's why you see diminishing returns, however, 1 point of armor will always make your character have 6% more resistance, regardless of how much armor you already have.
- Drunken Haze's slow effect is now 5/10/15/20/25/33 from 10/10/10/15/15/15 %
- Doom can now be cast on heroes. However, Doom has a duration on heroes (10/15/18 seconds) and last forever on non-heroes. In addition, Doom now deals way less damage than before.
- Frost Nova has been weakened. It now deals 75/125/175/225/275/350 damage in an AoE, down from 75/150/225/300/375/450
- RBT will not be available in 4.83 due to technical issues. He should return in a future patch.
- Avalanche now has Omnismack
- Disease Cloud now lasts only 6 seconds, down from 20. Abom's gold reward has been reduced slightly.
- Pocket Factory bounty increased
- Lifesap Totem now costs 115 mana, down from 150
- Tank attack now grants spell immunity
- Fixed many hotkey issues
- Blizzard now has 1 less wave at all levels
- Rain of fire now deals 23% less damage at level 6
- New command to toggle AI on teams: -ai (Player #)
Ex. "-ai 1" would turn player 1's ai on/off.
Note: You cannot toggle AI on enemy teams.
